1-1 Mentoring

1-1 Mentoring is for qualified Lash Artists who want to brush up on their existing skills or learn new and advanced techniques to level up their lash game.

This could be looking at ways to improve your sets by working on the fundamentals of lashing such as placement, direction and attachment. It could also be that you are needing some extra guidance on fanning techniques or how to ensure the best retention. Or maybe you'd like to step outside of your comfort zone and learn an entirely new style that you can add to your lash menu, which will not only broaden your skillset but also grow your client base.

There is so much for learn beyond your initial Classic and Russian training. It is impossible to learn everything there is to know about lashing in a day as you first need to really understand the basic's before progressing into advanced techniques. This is where 1-1 Mentoring comes in to take you to that next step and really elevate your work. The lash industry is so fast paced with new styles and trends forever changing therefore it is essential you keep up to date to stay at the top of your game!

1-1 Mentoring gives you the complete freedom to choose what you would like to learn and for how long for, as we will tailor the session to your requests.

Length of study: Minimum 3 hours.

Requirements: Must be fully qualified in Classic and Russian (Proof of certification required).

Please note that a kit is not included, however, all products/equipment will be provided to use during the 1-1. All you need to bring with you is a good pair of tweezers you like to work with!
