Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take to arrive? 

We post orders every working day (Monday - Friday) excluding bank holidays.
After you have placed your order, your parcel will be carefully packed and posted on the following working day. We use Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class postal service. This means you can expect to receive your parcel within 1-3 working days. Any adjustments to our regular shipping schedule will be stated at the check out and on our Instagram @lashphoria_uk

For international orders, please contact via the web chat on our website or on Instagram @lashphoria_uk to enquire about shipping time frame.

I need Next Day Delivery. Do you offer this?

If you would like to place an order for next day delivery, we may be able to offer you a rush order. For rush orders, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Please text 07719138893 to arrange. Please note we cannot always accept rush orders, therefore we do recommend ordering in advance.

Can I collect my order?

We offer collection from our studio in Mexborough, South Yorkshire. If you have selected collection at checkout, please wait for an email to say your order is ready for collection. Once you have received this email, please text us on 07719138893 to arrange a collection date.
 

 Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please send your enquiry via text 07719138893 and include your full name and order number. If you've received a shipping confirmation email, unfortunately it is too late to cancel or modify your order.

I have an issue with my order

In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with your order such as a missing or an incorrect item, please accept our apologies and allow us to make things right.
