Frequently Asked Questions

We post orders every working day (Monday - Friday) excluding bank holidays. After you have placed your order, your parcel will be carefully packed and posted on the following working day. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order. Any adjustments to our regular shipping schedule will be stated at the check out and on our Instagram @lashphoria_uk

 

 Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please send your enquiry via instagram @lashphoria_uk or email info@lashphoria.co.uk and include your full name and order number. If you've received a shipping confirmation email, unfortunately it is too late to cancel or modify your order.

I have an issue with my order

In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with your order such as a missing or an incorrect item, please accept our apologies and allow us to make things right. Please email info@lashphoria.co.uk with your full name and order number so we can assist you as soon as possible.
